This is a BMW DME ROM checksum REPAIR service for any M3 / M5 with a S54 / S62 engine equipped with DME MSS54, MSS54HP or MSS52.

When you have this fault code BMW Ista-D and Autologic will say you need to replace the DME. However, we are aware of this problem and can repair your original DME saving you the cost of having to replace it.
